How does the free version work?

You can complete up to 15 workouts for free, with full access to every feature. A one-time "Interval Pro" purchase removes the limit and unlocks accent themes. There is no subscription.

I bought Interval Pro on another device / reinstalled. How do I get it back?

Open Settings → Interval Pro → Restore Purchases. Your unlock is tied to your Apple ID and restores for free.

Does the timer keep running when the screen is locked?

Yes. Audio cues continue in the background, and the current phase and countdown appear on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island via a Live Activity.

Can I turn off the sounds or haptics?

Yes — open Settings and toggle sounds, beeps, haptics and the voice prompts independently.

Does Interval collect my data?

No. Everything stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
